How do I return an item?


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you with an email or by phone.

2. Delivery Location / International Shipping

Any shipments outside of Canada (International) are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time*

Same day / Next day delivery:

Any orders placed within Calgary City limits can be upgraded to EXPRESS DELIVERY Monday to Friday. Orders must be paid and completed before 1:00 PM or they will be carried over to the next days deliveries.

You will receive a phone call from one of our couriers to set a delivery time. The customer that placed the order must be present with government issued ID at the time of delivery, failure to not having proof of ID and/or proof of age at time of delivery will result in your package being returned to the Hot Shots Vapor location nearest you for pick up.

There will be NO REFUNDS on the delivery if the requirements are not met. If you would like to reschedule a delivery time after the first failed attempt, you will need to pay another $10 shipping fee.



Regular delivery method is 5 – 10 business days (DUE TO CHRISTMAS AND CANADA POST STRIKE. SHIPPING WILL BE DELAYED FOR 2-3 WEEKS.)

Expedited Shipping is 2 – 3 business days* (DUE TO CHRISTMAS AND CANADA POST STRIKE. SHIPPING WILL BE DELAYED FOR 2-3 WEEKS.)

*If you live in a rural area this will take up to 5 to 10 business days

Items ordered on a weekend will be processed and be sent out the following business day. If orders are placed on a Sunday of a long weekend (Monday being the holiday), orders will be shipped the following business day after the holiday.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When Canada Post returns an undeliverable package to us, we will make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment at the customers cost.

IMPORTANT: We do not ship packages to addresses that do not match the billing. Billing and shipping address must match for the order to be sent out. Credit cards supplied on orders must match the person ordering the products and must be the card owners.


Order Address Errors: Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the 'checkout page'. Please ensure all information you provide is correct. If an error is made on your address and Canada Post has to correct your address to affect delivery an additional charge of $15.00 will be to your account. If the address cannot be corrected by Canada Post and the item is "returned to sender" Canada Post will charge for the return postage and there will be additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be to your account. If at that time you chose to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the item once received back MINUS the postage incurred to send it and the return postage. Please double check your address to ensure it is complete and accurate.

Returns: Please contact customer service Contact Us. We will not refund orders unless we are first contacted only so we can access the problem and determine how best to handle it be sure to include your order # in all correspondence.
